The Rothbury Insurance Brokers Lounge (Northern End) 
​

Separated by a noise absorbent partition, the Rothbury Insurance Lounge can accommodate 122 people over 112 square metres.  This lounge is opposite the large balcony overlooking the field

The TFS Lounge (Southern End)
​

Separated by the partition, the TFS Lounge can accommodate 113 people over 103 square metres.  This lounge is opposite the kitchen and bar area.

The Grand Lounge – Both lounges combined
​

​With the partition removed, the Grand Lounge allows for larger gatherings of up to 235 people in comfort.

The Isaac Meeting Room
​

A smaller, cosier space, the Isaac Meeting Room is ideal for smaller meetings and can comfortably seat 14 people around the roomy table. It has its own independent big screen TV and audio visual conferencing system to facilitate Zoom or Teams meetings.
 
All rooms in the complex offer high speed broadband connectivity.

Services available

​All spaces are on the top (first) floor of the complex with wonderful views over Alex Moore Park. Access is via stairs or lift.
 
A state of the art sound system can be zoned into the separate or combined lounges and the big screen TV’s can also be configured to display separate or the same images. The sound system provides direct connection to most media devices. A wireless microphone assists with any presentation style and a speaking lectern is also available for use.

The complex also has 7 unisex toilets.
 

Our kitchen facilities 

The bar/café and kitchen area are also easily accessible from the various rooms. 
 
Our team are able to provide barista services, prepared Havana coffee and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please contact us direct to discuss the beverage menu.
Due to our Venue holding an ON licence, we are not permitted to allow for BYO beverages.
 
For food choices- There is the option of bringing your own food or order through your preferred caterer.
